Why we collect your info, When we collect it, and What we collect


1. We collect your information for a number of things


1a. Custom prefixes


1b. Economy system

1c. Playlist system

1d. Caching it to make our bot run faster


2. When we collect it


2a. We collect guild ID for custom prefixes and welcome toggling ONLY when you set config values


2b. Economy system collects user ID to track your economy data.


2c. Playlist system collects user ID, the name and the track data

2c. We collect user, member and server users into cache when you send a message, this information is basic info that can easily be collected anyways


3. What we collect


3a. User, members and server objects are stored in cache for short times to keep our bot running smooth and fast


3b. Guild IDs are stored in our database, only if you have a custom prefix, this is essential to the custom prefix functionality

3c. User IDs are stored in the same db as the prefixes and it's not accessable to anyone apart from Matthew (Matthew.#9014)


NOTE We do not KNOWINGLY store data of people under the age of 13.


How we use your information


1. We use your information for a number of things


1a. We use your Guild's ID to make our custom prefix system function. This information is easily accessible


1b. ab!ui, ab!si and ab!avatar and a few others require your user/guild object, this is still easily accessible information


1c. We use userID, gained points, etc. for our {global} economy system.




How you can access your information and change it


1. How to access your information (PREFIX)


1a. You can access your prefix by pinging our bot


1b. You can access your guild's ID by enabling developer mode, and then copying the ID of your guild, or typing {prefix}config data


2. How to change it (PREFIX)


2a. Ping the bot


2b. Take the prefix it gives you


2c. Then run {prefix}config prefix [newprefix]



How to entirely remove the stored data from our databases

How we store the data


1. Custom prefix, playlist and economy data (guildID and selected prefix for prefix, userID for economy)


1a. We store your data in a secure MongoDB, hosted on the same server, with no connection to the internet.


2. User/Guild/Member info


2a. All of our User/Guild/Member info is stored inside of RAM and has no chance of being leaked.


2b. Even if this information leaked, this is only basic info that can easily be collected anyways

Why we collect your info, When we collect it, and What we collect


1. We collect your information for TWO things. One of them opt out.


1a. For making sure that the right message goes to the right place.


1b. For our leaderboard


2. When we collect it


2a. We collect info when you run the dsl?vote (dsl?start, dsl?setup) command.


2b. When a vote event is fired for your server


3. What we collect


3a. Guild ID and Channel ID is stored in our secure database so we can redirect your requests and track your vote count

3b. Server name and server icon is stored in the same secure database for our leaderboard


NOTE We do not KNOWINGLY store data of people under the age of 13.


How we use your information


1. We use your information for a number of things


1a. We use your Guild's ID and the selected Channel's ID to redirect your votes to the correct channel, and count them correctly.


1b. We use the tracked vote number for displaying it to you and a leaderboard (opt in). We also store guild name, and icon for said leaderboard.


How you can access your info, or change it


1. Access


1a. People with the MANAGE_SERVER perm can access your webhook data by using dsl?info.


2. Changing it


2a. You can change data using the dsl?change command.




How to remove ALL stored data from our database


1. Run dsl?vote stop


1a. This deletes all info about your server. Tracked votes, Guild ID, Channel ID. All. Gone.



How we store the data


1. Custom prefix and welcome data (guildID and selected prefix)


1a. We store your guildID in a secure MongoDB, hosted on the same server, with no connection to the internet.
